So, I'm sending this over here for my dear friend Raijah, because she is awesome, and I care about her.

Ripped straight from her Facebook, with permission:

PLEASE HELP ME.

So as many of you may remember, I am dealing with that beast potassium again. Here is a little more information on what that actually means: My potassium reading came back as a 6.1 on my last blood test, which is dangerously high, and puts me at risk for hospitalization or death. (Fun fact: potassium overdose is the way they kill people through lethal injection.) My potassium is not arbitrarily high; I am on Spironolactone to maintain my hormonal levels, but a side effect is that potassium doesn’t flush out of my system. Unfortunately, most common healthy foods are high in potassium: potatoes, tomatoes, beans, lettuce, carrots, beef, fish, spinach, and so on. In order to maintain a healthy diet without overdosing on potassium, I am in need of an orchiectomy, which will cost $2,200. Please help me reach my goal if you are able. Donations and/or reposts would be greatly appreciated. http://raijah.chipin.com/raijahs-orchiectomy
